Insurance Coverage
At Ascension Rehab Care, we provide skilled care and services that allow older adults to remain active and age in place. The common question asked with other rehabilitation services is, “Will these services be covered?” As an outpatient therapy provider, most insurance plans including Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage plans, and private insurers pay for therapy services that are medically necessary and that are provided under the skilled direction of our physical, occupational, and speech therapists. All insurance benefits are verified, relayed, and consented to prior to the start of treatment; and individualized payment plans are available to those without coverage. Our friendly and helpful team will be happy to verify you and/or your patient’s health care benefits. We’ll work closely with you to accommodate your individual needs.
